Licensed Therapist - Full Time

Twin Cities Psychological Services, Ltd. (TCPS) is always open and interested in strong and diverse clinicians joining our team! We are a busy, insurance-based group private practice located in downtown Minneapolis. TCPS is focused on promoting an environment that values, appreciates, and affirms diverse identities. Specifically, we are proud of the strong reputation we have built among LGBTQIA+ humans.

Like many practices, we are now offering both telehealth and in-person appointments, which has given our clinicians even more flexibility. We are looking for providers interested in a full-time caseload although open to those who may need to transition in as part-time with goal of working full-time. We mostly conduct individual and couples’ therapy with adults; however, we are open to new modalities and clinical expertise that you could bring to expand the services offered at TCPS. The administrative support we provide allows you to focus on the clinical work you love to provide without taking time away managing mundane business tasks.

The ideal licensed mental health clinician will have strong relational and counseling skills, understand and embrace/affirm diversity, and have strong communication skills. Additionally, a sense of humor and being able to laugh at oneself is even more of a benefit! If you are a clinician who is internally motivated, self-determined, and long for autonomy and flexibility with your schedule, you could thrive in our practice. If this sounds like a team you’d like to be a part of, please see below for details on applying.

Schedule

Clinicians have autonomy and flexibility in creating their own schedules. Our building is open M-Th from 7a-7p and Saturdays from 9a-12p. We mainly desire clinicians who are interested in offering in-person appointments full-time or as part of a hybrid model; we will still consider those who are looking for tele-health only.

Insurance Credentialing

Licensed clinicians will join insurance panels under our group. We complete the credentialing process for all new clinicians.
