Meet our therapists
Jessica Reilly, MSW, LICSW
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker providing individual psychotherapy to adults experiencing anxiety due to past or current experiences, often related to trauma.
I teach coping skills to help clients self-regulate their emotions and discover alternatives, resources, and highlight personal strengths to ease daily struggles and major life transitions. I focus on finding relief from problematic symptoms in order to gain the energy and clarity to focus on personal growth development in respectful and supportive ways.
I assist clients with identifying and overcoming beliefs that are holding them back and heal the traumas that formed those beliefs. This process includes noticing negative behavioral patterns so they can close the gap between who they are being and who they want to be.
I support clients in their pursuit of self-determination by helping them identify their values and meaning in their lives and create structure so they can reach their goals.
My approach to therapy is relational and interpersonal, collaborative and solution-focused while highlighting clients’ personal strengths.
I graduated from the University of Denver with a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Interpersonal Trauma. I have experience working with clients in both inpatient mental health treatment facilities and outpatient trauma and sexual abuse treatment settings.
